These Terms & Conditions govern your use of superenglishcoach.com, the Super English Coach learning platform (app.superenglishcoach.com), and all courses, training and certification offered by Super English Coach ("we", "us", "our"). By registering, paying or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use our services
You must be at least 18 years old, or use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree that the information you give us is true and complete.
2. Our services
We provide Functional Spoken English training through the SEC Method, including coach certification, student courses, concept videos, practice material, a learning management system (LMS) and tutor and student dashboards. We may change, update or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Accounts and login
Your login is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- Do not share your login with anyone.
- One account is for one person only.
- We may suspend an account if we detect sharing or unusual use.
4. Intellectual property
All content — the SEC Method, course structure, curriculum, videos, practice sentences, worksheets, presentations, the Super English Coach name, logo and brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Super English Coach. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it only for your own learning or, for certified coaches, for teaching Super English Coach students through our platform.
You must not:
- Copy, download, record, screenshot or reproduce our content.
- Resell, sublicense, share or distribute our content, free or paid.
- Create your own course, method or material based on our content.
- Use our name, logo or the term "Super English Coach" without written permission.
5. Certified coaches
- Certification allows you to teach using the SEC Method only while your certification is active and you follow our guidelines.
- Certification does not make you an employee, partner or agent of Super English Coach.
- We do not guarantee any number of students, income or earnings.
- Certification may be withdrawn for misconduct, misuse of content or breach of these terms.
6. Fees and payments
All fees are shown on our website or communicated before payment and are payable in advance in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes will be charged as per law. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully with coaches, students and our team. Abusive, fraudulent or unlawful behaviour will lead to immediate suspension without refund.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you break these terms — especially the intellectual property rules in section 4. We may also take legal action and claim damages for any misuse of our content.
9. No guarantee of results
Your progress depends on your own practice and participation. We do not guarantee any particular level of fluency, job, income or result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for interruptions caused by internet, device or third-party service failures.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Gandhidham, Gujarat].
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
